DESCRIPTION

The Westerly Cloaks and Poncho's are made with quality, drapey genuine Pendleton wool. The silhouette is made to be easily worn, for warm or cool weather, year round. You can easily layer, and it is unisex.  

We chose to adorn this cloak is hand cut deer tanned leather fringe. In Native American history, fringe danced in the wind, like a prayer calling in blessings.
